you must first upload the membership application
and fill out information and print out application
to send to our headquarters at :

Once your application is received and you
are approved to join the program we
will send you an autodraft form and
payments of $25 per month will be
autodrafted on the first of each month
until you obtain 1st Degree Blackbelt.
